OMFA also dedicates particular attention to the mould assembly
phase. The engineering phase is based on technology, while this
second phase depends on the personnel’s skills and experience.
In the final product control phase, a three-dimensional machine
is used to record dimensions which must correspond to the initial
drawing supplied by the customer.

The company concentrates mainly on moulds for the production
of particularly critical die-cast pieces which require special
production skills. The company does not only supply the product,
but also supports the user in the initial production start-up
phase and in the optimisation of the die-cast production process.
