COMPANY PROFILE
The company OMFA dei F.lli Assisi Snc with headquarters in Villa
Carcina, Brescia, was founded in 1973 by the brothers Raul and
Gianfranco Assisi. The company is specialised in the production
of moulds for plastic materials and in aluminium die-casting
moulds. With time, these latter have become the main production
line. Our company has a great experience in this sector. It
engineers, develops and manufactures the products in its plant.
This means that OMFA supplies a “turn-key” product
ready to be used in the foundry. The Assisi brothers recognise
the importance of mould quality in the ambit of the die-casting
process and are aware of the fact that high precision is required
in the mould manufacturing process as, in the case of aluminium,
moulds come into contact with temperatures of about 700°C.
It is also necessary to take into consideration that dilatation
and deformation take place during the die-casting phase. In
2005 OMFA obtained the ISO 9001/2000 certification from ITALCERT. |
