SPECIALISED
PERSONNEL AND HIGHLY-DEVELOPED MACHINERY
OMFA constantly aims at improving production in order to save
costs and time and to guarantee a high-quality product. To this
end, the company owners have almost completely renewed their
machinery in the last 2/3 years and have bought portal machines
able to produce moulds with large dimensions which can be equipped
with electric spindles running at max. 50.000 rounds per minute.
In order to produce large dimension mould frames for large presses
(1600-2000 tons), one year ago the company also bought a milling
machine with movable mounting ZAYER ZOKCU with 4000x2000x1200
mm strokes with a piece load capacity up to 15 tons, equipped
with a turning platform with STOLLE bed. The 3-m bed has 2 heads,
one of which is birotational and has 360.000 angular positions.
